“Besides the noble art of getting things done, there is the noble art of leaving things undone. The wisdom of life consists in the elimination of non-essentials.”

– Lin Yutang

Do you have the desire to simplify?

If your answer is yes… Try this: Set a specific intention to reduce the excess in your life.

Reduce the demands you are perceiving to be placed upon you.

Reduce the excess stimulus from negative influences and “recycle your emotions” (or interruptions of them anyway) into a more neutral views for your life.

Watch out for unnecessary busyness and be aware that you might be doing things for no better reason than to just stay busy. -Read a book, enjoy a fire, relax.

We each have the power and ability to do this – we simply have to begin to say ‘no’ to those activities that don’t directly serve what we want for our lives. Remember W.I.N.? [What’s Important Now] -Be present, be focused.

Everyone on the planet has the right to free time to relax, to think, to win, to create, and have fun! Begin now and clear your plate. Allow this new realm of experience to happen. -It’s your life…. take charge!

Eliminate time wasters and you’ll stop wasting the world’s most valuable commodity; time. Once again, make sound decisions about what matters most to you. Watch for time wasters that don’t fit your dreams and also reduce your ability to take time off!

“The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak.”

– Hans Hofmann

I’ve always heard if you want new things in your life you will need to clear out the old ones to make room. I bet if Hans wanted a new winter coat, he didn’t get it by keeping the old one!
